We currently ONLY offer store credit. We DO NOT offer any cash refunds or order cancellations once an order has been processed.
HOW CAN I SUBMIT A RETURN?
To make a return submit your return request HERE with your email address and order number.
Please note the order MUST be in the same condition that it was received with ALL tags still attached and absolutely no signs of wear and tear.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY RETURN?
You have 5 business days from the delivery date to submit your return request. If your return is approved, it must be shipped off to us within 3 business days.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Most apparel items are returnable within 5 business days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging.
All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked SALE
- Worn items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
- Items with tags removed
CAN I RECEIVE CASH BACK FOR MY RETURN?
For all returns we issue store credit only so cash refunds are not available.
HOW DOES IT WORK IF I USE A DISCOUNT CODE AND WANT TO RETURN?
If a coupon was used, the amount discounted is deducted from your return store credit amount (unless discount is labeled for shipping).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY STORE CREDIT?
